I. Basic Function

        A. Provides administrative and clerical support.

        B. Assist President with special projects, administrative tasks and other
            non-property management related work.

II. Relationships

        A. Reports to President of Quantum.

        B. Maintains relationships with other departments within Quantum,
            including accounting, personnel, etc.

        C. Maintains relationships with suppliers, vendors, and professionals
            servicing the company.

III. Responsibilities

        A. Answers, directs and returns phone calls as necessary.

        B. Types, distributes and files correspondence.

        C. Schedules, coordinates and assists in preparation for meetings.

        D. Coordinates miscellaneous projects as directed.

        E. Performs other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

        F. Well-versed in company policies and procedures.

        G. Able to accurately complete assignments in a timely manner.

IV. Qualifications

        A. High school diploma or equivalent.

        B. Minimum two years experience as Administrative Assistant.

        C. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and type 80 wpm.

        D. Superior communication and writing skills.

        E. Able to handle and keep confidential information.

        F. Accurate typing.

        G. Well-versed.

        H. Excellent telephone skills.

V. Physical Requirements

        A. Good physical health.

        B. Able to converse with public over telephone and in person.

        C. Vision - ability to read mail/faxes and inspect/maintain
            office equipment.

        D. Lifting - up to 20 pounds - small boxes, mail, etc.

        E. Push/Pull - opening drawers, pushing boxes, light loads.

        F. Carrying - up to 20 lbs., boxes, interoffice envelopes, mail, copy paper.

        G. Walking - short distances such as errands.

VI. Scope and Compensation Package

        A. Minimum 40 hours per week.

        B. Salary commensurate with level of experience.

        C. One week paid vacation during the first year;
            two weeks paid vacation second year;    
            three weeks paid vacation third through ninth year;
            four weeks paid vacation ten years and beyond.

        D. After ninety days, eligible to participate in company insurance plan.

        E. Six paid sick days for first year and twelve each year after.

        F. Participation in company 401(k) Plan.
