Located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Brighton West Condominiums are made up of five independent sections that are professionally managed and maintained. Quantum is responsible for the management services for sections 1, 3 and 5. Each section maintains an active Board of Directors that ensures residents have excellent communication with the management company.

Important Notes for Residents

A.  All owners are encouraged to obtain homeowners insurance.  The condominium insurance policy covers the structure of the building, but does not cover anything within the walls.  Please be sure that you obtain coverage for all of your property in case of fire.

For those of you planning on refinancing your homes, our insurance policy is with State Farm. The insurance representative is Steve Rose and his phone number is (301) 424-9100.

bulletAnswers to Condo Questionnaires can be obtained through www.condocerts.com. You must register and pay a fee to use this service.
 
bulletIf you are planning on selling your unit, you are required to obtain a resale package from the Quantum main office. The package costs $125.00 and can be ordered by calling (301) 941-8040.
