Madonna House at Belmont Receives Awards Madonna House was presented with two awards from the Fredericksburg Area Multi-Housing Association (FAMA) in the following categories: Best Curb Appeal 2007 Community of the Year Congratulations to all of the staff at Madonna House for this great recognition, it wouldn't have been possible without all your hard work!

Covenant Village Grand Opening Covenant Village celebrated their Grand Opening Ceremony on Thursday November 8, 2007. The ceremony took place at the property, which was attended by management staff, current and prospective residents, owners, and various representatives from the developmental and government agencies whom provided great assistance in making Covenant Village's senior affordable housing vision a reality. The ribbon cutting ceremony was followed by a forum of guest speakers and an official tour of the facility and the various amenities offered by the property.
Maintenance Seminar Quantum Maintenance Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians attended a maintenance seminar on Wednesday October 17, 2007. The seminar was hosted by Central Wholesalers, Inc. at their training facility in Laurel, MD. Participants took part in an all-day training program preparing them for the heating season, training on HVAC issues and learning soldering techniques from trained professionals. In addition to the maintenance material, they received additional training on Fair Housing rules. At the end of the seminar all participants received a Certificate of Participation in HVAC and in Fair Housing.
