Quantum recently held a training session for all property managers and assistant managers. Click here to see pictures from the training sessions as well as to read a recap of what was discussed. Quantum also began its "Brownie Points" program at the meeting, in which individual staff members received awards for service above and beyond what was expected. Click here to view award recipients and even nominate a Quantum employee for a future award. Quantum prides itself on the quality of its staff. Once an individual is hired by Quantum, they are given every opportunity to succeed and advance through the company. Whenever Quantum promotes an individual, the promotion will be listed on this page, along with a picture of the staff member. Also listed on this page will be the newest additions to the Quantum team, including their picture and the property where the work, as well as employee awards and achievements.
