Located in Suitland, Maryland, Andrews Village Townhouse Condominiums is an 80-townhouse community. Our active Board of Directors ensures that our residents have excellent communication with the management company.

Important Notes for Residents

A. Owners are encouraged to call the police to report suspicious activities, especially loitering. The owner need not identify himself or herself but must give a description of the loiterers. The non-emergency phone number is (301) 333-4000.

B. Each owner has one assigned space. The other unmarked spaces are on a first come basis. If you or a guest park in another owner's space, your car may be towed. It is not the other owners responsibility to knock on your door and ask you to move it. The towing company is M & N Towing 301-423-4206 or 301-423-6997.

C. Please schedule your bulk trash pickup before placing it out by calling (301) 952-7600, and place it out the day before pickup. Please help keep our community trash free.

D. Reminder - Condominium fees are $110.00 and are due on the first of each month. They should be mailed to 5101 River Road, Suite 101, Bethesda, MD 20816. Click here to request preprinted envelopes by e-mail and please remember to enter your unit number into the subject line.

bulletFor those of you planning on refinancing your homes, our insurance policy is with State Farm. The insurance representative is James Reid and his phone number is (301) 881-2253.
bulletIf you are planning on selling your unit, you are required to obtain a resale package from the Quantum main office. The package costs $100.00 and can be ordered by calling (301) 941-8040.
bulletAnswers to Condo Questionnaires can be obtained through www.condocerts.com. You must register and pay a fee to use this service.
bulletThe Board of Directors passed a resolution to proceed with foreclosures on delinquent homes.
