Brighton Homeowner's Association, Inc. Brighton Homeowner's Association (Brighton HOA) is a 145 unit quiet town home community located in Gaithersburg, MD. The property includes addresses on Bralan Court, Bralan Lane, Deer Park Place and Deer Park Lane. The association also maintains its own private pool for the enjoyment of their homeowners. Brighton HOA is professionally managed by Quantum Real Estate Management. The association has an active Board of Directors; and in conjunction with the Regional Property manager, helps facilitate excellent communication with the management company. Unfortunately, direct debit is not being offered at this time. However, this issue will be addressed with the Board of Directors. If it is decided to reinstate this service, all owners will receive a notice and all required forms. Owners that are selling their homes should contact Quantum to request a resale package.
