Without exception and without questions, she is the most flexible employee who is willing to go anywhere and do anything without notice and never complains.  A real team player that has a great attitude!!

Jennifer has been extremely helpful assisting properties scheduled for HUD REAC inspections.  Over the last several months she has worked with Emerson House, Elmwood House, Stonegate Village, Cedar Ridge, Pendleton Park and Herndon Harbor House staff.  Jennifer is an important part of our Quantum Team and deserves special recognition for all her efforts.

Several residents sent in special letters complimenting the professionalism of the Emerson House staff.  The staff includes Saprina Higgings, Marilyn Blount, Shereese Campbell, Melvin Jones, Craig Jackson, Eric Clark and Ken Minton.  Keep up the good work.

Barbara has been working for Marywood Apartments for 25+ years and she is very helpful and dedicated.  She is not just a housekeeper, she has even been know to help with bingo. She has a pleasant attitude and good work help keep Marywood a clean and warm place the residents can call home.  Barbara always has a smile on her face. 

Mr. Fudge has been nominated by most of the residents from Wingler House.  The residents wanted Quantum to know that Mr. Fudge is very kind and helpful to the residents.  They sent in a petition.  He helps the residents on and off the bus with packages and much more.  You can always find Mr. Fudge with a smile on his face.
