o Ensure that residents receive courteous reception and services. o Handle all incoming calls in a professional manner. o Meet and greet all visitors and the general public.
o Maintains relationships with other staff members. o Maintains relationships with current and prospective residents.
o Acts as receptionist for residents and visitors. o Answer and direct all calls professionally and respond appropriately. o Receive deliveries/packages following established procedures.
o Must be
aware of emergency procedures and able to act on own initiative o Prepares logs and reports. o Update relief shift with any information received that will impact them.

Must be
friendly, helpful and considerate to all residents/visitors and able to

Must be
willing to work shift work, which will include weekends

Coordinate communication of information between the property and

Ensure
the safety, comfort and privacy of all project residents. Strive

Receive
concerns and complaints and contact manager for any o Perform any other duties that may be assigned by Resident Manager.
o High school diploma preferred. o Experience in similar position preferred.
o Excellent hearing for extensive telephone communications. o Able to converse with public over telephone and in person. o Excellent vision. o Lifting - up to 20 lbs. o Push/Pull - opening drawers, pushing boxes, light loads. o Carrying - up to 20 lbs., small boxes, interoffice envelopes, mail, copy paper.

Walking - short distances depending on size of property and stair climbing
