Congratulations to Jed Foster, Maintenance Supervisor of Wingler House West, as Quantum’s Employee of the Month.  Jed began his employment with Quantum in 2003 at Stonegate Village Apartments.  After two years at Stonegate, Jed transferred to Wingler House, and he has been an integral part of the Wingler House team ever since.

Jed has continually sought to better himself in his position through education.  Since 2008, he has completed thirteen classes and has received the designations of CSE – Certified Supervising Engineer through NAPEEF and SMT – Systems Maintenance Technician through BOMI.  In 2014, Jed earned his Locksmith Career Diploma at Ashworth College and a certificate for the OSHA General Industry 30 Hour training program.  His hunger for learning continues to benefit Quantum and the Wingler Houses.

Jed’s strength is that he utilizes his knowledge to create alternative processes and creative options often resulting in savings for the properties.  Both Wingler House East and West greatly benefit from his quality workmanship and friendly demeanor.  Best of all, he is a dedicated, caring and friendly employee.  To the residents he is also a smiling face!

Jed’s other interests include his challenging projects for his 115 year old log home.  His most recent project was the installation of a new fireplace. He is married with two stepsons and two young daughters and cherishes his family time.  He also enjoys being outside, hiking, and continued learning through classes.
