Located in Gaithersburg, Maryland, Brighton West Condominiums are made up of five independent sections that are professionally managed and maintained. Quantum is responsible for the management services for sections 1, 3 and 5. Each section maintains an active Board of Directors that ensures residents have excellent communication with the management company.
Important Notes for Residents
All owners are encouraged to obtain homeowners insurance. The condominium insurance policy covers the structure of the building, but does not cover anything within the walls. Please be sure that you obtain coverage for all of your property in case of fire.

For those owners planning on refinancing their homes, the Master Insurance Policy’s agent information is listed below. It would be helpful if you explained that your mortgage company requires a Certificate of Insurance for the community.

If you are planning on selling your unit, you are required to obtain a resale package from the Quantum main office. The package costs $125.00 and can be ordered by calling (301) 941-8040.
