Change 2 Update

Quantum Regional Managers, Property Managers and Assistant Managers recently attended a HUD 4350.3 - Change 2 seminar on October 2, 2007. This training session was held in order to keep abreast of the updates and changes made to the HUD 4350.3. Quantum brought in a certified trainer from the National Center for Housing Management (NCHM) to lead the training program for our managers.
