Quantum Real Estate Management LLC AMO® is seeking an experienced Regional Manager with multi-family property management experience.  The Regional Manager will have the following responsibilities. 

 Responsibilities: The oversight of the physical and fiscal management of multiple multi-family apartment communities

  • Enforcement of management policies and procedures
  • Management of the properties’ maintenance and repair contracts at each site
  • Interfacing with the owners/investors of properties
  • Troubleshooting of resident, maintenance and staff issues
  • Preparation of monthly owners’ reports
  • Training and supervision of site staff
  • Preparation of properties’ annual budgets
  • Responsible for ensuring compliance with HUD, Investor, state and federal regulations


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • At least 5 years of residential property management experience
  • Experience with Section 8, Affordable Housing and Tax Credits as well as condominiums, a plus
  • Ability to read and understand financial reports
  • CPM ® designation preferred
  • Good leadership qualities
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi task, coordinate complex activities, prioritize conflicting demands, and problem solve
  • Excellent interpersonal skills necessary
  • Experience with budgeting and good writing skills
