Levis Hill House

Levis Hill House is a 20-unit apartment building for low-income senior residents (age 62 or older) or the disabled who are capable of independent living. LHH has 14 one-bedroom units and 6 two-bedroom units. All units are built to universal design standards and are fully handicapped accessible by elevator. LHH is located on a 2-acre site next to Windy Hill Road. The site includes a specially designed “rain garden” to treat and remove pollutants from all storm water run-off.

This is the first certified “green” apartment building in Loudoun County and the first in the County to win an Energy Star® award from both the Environmental Protection Agency and the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
