Quantum is pleased to announce two additions to its portfolio, Brighton Homeowner's Association and Bywater Mutual Homes I & II.

Brighton Homeowner's Association is a 145 unit quiet town home community located in Gaithersburg, Maryland.

Quantum Presented with an Award

Quantum Real Estate Management was presented with a Golden Strides Award in recognition for raising $38,600 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation during the 2007 Great Strides CF Walk. Pat Bessette, President, accepted the award for Quantum at the 2008 Annual Meeting on January 22, 2008,.
