Pursuant to the Coronavirus Support Emergency Amendment Act of 2020, Robert L. Walker House has developed a rent payment plan program for eligible tenants (“Program”) to pay rent that has come due beginning March 11, 2020. This program will be available to tenants through June 2021 or one year after the end-date of the public health emergency declared by Mayor Bowser, whichever is later.
You may be eligible for the Program if you:
- Have notified Management of your inability to pay all or a portion of the rent due as a result of the public health emergency.
- Demonstrate evidence of a financial hardship resulting either directly or indirectly from the public health emergency; and
- Agree in writing to make payments in accordance with the payment plan.

Eligibility and Program requirements are subject to change in accordance with the law and further emergency legislation of the District of Columbia.
